*Developed on three levels, this building presents a precise volumetry, with orthogonal lines and a contemporary language. Its envelope is composed of a system of vertical sunshades that give depth, solar control, view control and rhythm to the façades.
The contrast between the skin planes and the protruding elements that frame the openings generates a contained and elegant tension, giving character to the volumetry.
The access is pedestrian, resolved with a linear gesture and minimal landscaping, reinforcing the intimacy of the route and accentuating the idea of withdrawal in the middle of the urban fabric.
The building is part of a high-density urban fabric of mainly commercial uses. The building takes advantage of the depth of the lot to remove the built mass from the front, occupying the heart of the block with a contemporary function.
The complex proposes a controlled densification, integrates itself without stridency into the context, and introduces a new layer of contemporaneity that adds value to an urban terrain of challenging resolution. The ensemble suggests an architecture of silence: contained, precise, and open to the subtle play of light and shadow.
